Mission
The Southern Nevada Food Council convenes producers, distributors, nonprofits, agencies, and community members to coordinate food-system work in the Las Vegas Valley and across Clark, Lincoln, Nye, and Esmeralda counties.
Problem they address
Southern Nevada’s food system is split across hundreds of organizations and programs. Without shared infrastructure and coordinated planning, parallel efforts can crowd one another out instead of compounding.
How they contribute
The Council provides connective tissue: working groups, shared data, joint advocacy, and a single table where food access, agriculture, and policy partners plan together.
